Conference dinner will take place on the evening of July 11 at Medina Restaurant in the center of Aberystwyth. Please see their website and, if worried about food quality, their rather impressive reviews.
The menu was set up with the goal of catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. If you find that your requirements are not met, please get in touch with the organizers!
The dinner is priced at 20 GBP exclusive of drinks. The menu options are:
Starters (all vegetarian)
-Soup of the day with home made bread (can be gluten free)
-Falafel with chilli jam
Za’atar crusted pork rib steak (gluten free)
Sweet potato & goat’s cheese galette with chilli & herb dressing (vegetarian)
All the above served with selection of salads and cumin potatoes (all gluten free)
-Apple cake with creme fraiche
-Dark chocolate mousse cake & vanilla ice cream (gluten free)
You will be able to pay for the conference dinner when registering for the conference via the webshop. We will only be able to cater for a limited number of last-minute additions.
