Two options are available for registration. Please note that registration won’t be possible after July 7th – you cannot register and pay upon arrival.
Option 1: webshop.

You can pay here for accommodation (selecting your arrival day and number of nights), for the conference registration, and for the conference dinner. You will have to register on the website.
When you book an item, returning to the list of available items for further purchases isn’t absolutely straightforward: you can return to that menu by choosing, on the top left hand menu, ‘Product catalogue’, move your cursor over ‘Courses, Conferences and Workshops’, and you will find there ‘Borders and Crossings’. (It is simpler than it sounds.) When you book your conference dinner through the webshop, you can directly indicate your meal options as well.
Option 2: bank transfer.
The university’s bank account info is available on this page: https://www.aber.ac.uk/en/finance/information-for-customers/ – please scroll down for ‘International Bank Transfer’. If you choose this option, please make sure that the bank transfer info form features:
– your name
– ‘Borders and Crossings’
– the work code G1206-19
The relevant fees are: 30 GBP per night accommodation, 90 (early bird) or 120 (regular) registration fee for those who qualify for reduced fee, 120/150 for those who don’t; 20 GBP for conference dinner. Please calculate your fee for the transfer – do get in touch if you need assistance.
I would also like you to send me an e-mail when the transfer is made, to let me know that the transfer was made; for which nights you would like to have accommodation; and, if you have paid for the conference dinner, what your meal choices are. If you wish to keep your payment of the conference dinner separate from the registration and accommodation, you can use the webshop only for the meal as well.
